It means that Jason hit a home run in the bottom of the 9th to win the ballgame after closer Keith Foulke blew a 3-run lead in the top of the ninth. I admit, I gave up on the game and turned it off in disgust. Oh ye of little faith!

(Also, for the record, Foulke has blown several easy opportunities to win games this year, which is not like him...)
