A Quick One

Attention People of Minnesota! The Chimp did not visit Minneapolis today to help you recover from the bridge collapse. If you wonder why I say this, ask some former citizens of New Orleans who are still awaiting the help of the government.

Becks, you are entirely too frisky for a Saturday afternoon!

My heart went out to those people: I can't imagine the terror they felt. And when I saw that schoolbus: you just think "there but for the grace of God goes MY child". I was overjoyed to hear all those kids survived.

Anyways, in response to the previous post: I live about 45 minutes away from Raleigh. Tell Susan and Darryl I'm always looking for more patsies, er, I mean babysitters!

WOEW BECKS, I like the post.I had one person I knew that was injured but it was just minor injuries thank god.And Ted yes that school bus incident was scary but thank god they survived:)

Both Dubya and Mrs Dubya were noticably quicker on the scene.

My old cynic is with, my 'glass half full' side thinks that maybe FEMA's learnt something.

I have athing about big bridges. A couple of years ago, I drove the Cheaspeake Bay Bridge just because. I might think twice now. :(
