Beckperson's Recipe Box

Looking for a light, healthy and easy-to-fix summer dinner? Try this sandwich.


Here's the ingredients:

Whole Wheat Toast
A dash of light mayo
Sliced avocado
Slice of red onion
Slice of sharp cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Snippets of thyme (from the garden)
Slice of fresh tomato

Serve with salt-free sweet potato chips.

Yummmmmy!
