Kinky and Friend?
Tex, what can you tell me about these two?
Kinky ran for Governor this last time Ted. He's a mess!!! and a local folk hero among Austinites

Dylan must have had some contract condition that prevented him from singing.
Ted, Kinky has been a favorite of ours for years, for his irreverence, silliness and downright obnoxiousness. (Yeah, so what if these three attributes also describe ME?)
He is singing with Mr. Dylan and it IS a really bad video. But, like Tex says, he's real Austin. We were kinda rooting for him in the last election. :-)
Kinky also went along on Dylan's famous Rolling Thunder Revue back in the 70s.
