Becks, I got an email from a friend last night who reminded me of a scene from ROOTS, where a slave is cutting Kunta Kente down from where they had beat him.
The man looks at Kunta and say's "One of these days....."
That day is here.
You just gave me chills.
The inauguration is the day after MLK Jr.'s birthday. I'm making it a 4-day weekend so can celebrate appropriately. It is going to be EPIC.

*BTW, I saved an email that you sent to Nancy four years ago after the last election....you used a certain word many, many times. I saved it because it summed up exactly what I felt.
